What does it need for computer repair?
|

If there are any "recovery CD/DVD" or "software CD/DVD" coming with the time of your computer purchase, please prepare and show it. For the laptop, please get ready of it. Please feel free to contact us for any detail.

① sos613 will pass a [ CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT] and sign with customer before we start to work.
② After we get a permission from customers, we will start the data processing and backup in the customer's appointed location as much as possible.
③ We will erase all temporary data completely after the job is finished.
④ When it becomes carrying back investigation, we will explain to customer clearly about what risk there are.
⑤ All secret data can be encoded before the data processing and repair.
⑥ Any exchanged products will all return back to customers.
⑦ The abolished hard disk is destroyed physically by the customer's order.

Yes, Hong Kong and Kowloon site both are available. Please feel free to contact us for any detail.

Can it be done onsite? |
|
Computer repair service can be done onsite somehow. If data recovery and repair can not be done onsite, it will become carrying back investigation. We will do our best to inform the result as soon as possible.

Can I cancel the appointment? |
|
Yes, you can, but please inform us 4 hours before the scheduled time. However,
if repair service is begun, you will be charged by the appropriate service fee. Please notice! |

How much the computer service fee will be? |
In case of failure of any service, there is free of charge as guarantee. For the computer service fee, please take a look at service page . Also please feel free to contact us for any detail.

Can I make a payment via credit card or bank transfer? |

If the same problem occurs after the repairing, are there any warranty for it?
|
|
Yes, there is one year warranty for the repair and exchanged products. However, bugs or any other problems which is recognized by software makers and no solution for it, will not be guaranteed. Data, profit, time and other loss because of the component's flaw, is also out of warranty.
